| | 1 | Introduction | |
| | 1.1 | The parent/supervisor shall be responsible and liable for all children. | |

The parent/guardian/supervisor must be 16+, ID maybe required. |

| | 2 | Use of Premises and Play Equipment | |
| | 2.1 |
Smoking is not permitted on the premises including the car
park. |
|
| | 2.2 |
All children must be supervised at all times by an adult
responsible for them. An adult is someone aged 16 and over. There
must be at least one adult for every:
… four or less children aged under three years old
… eight or less children aged between three and ten years old.
Coral Cove may not
permit use of the play area if there is insufficient numbers of adults to supervise the children. | |

Subject to Coral Coves rules children over the age of 11
and or over the height of 140cm (4ft foot 7 inches) must not use the play
area. At the managers discretion, children over the height limit may
be allowed to play, as long as they are paid for. Parents/supervisors
are allowed in the play area to supervise children and must wear socks.

Parents/supervisors must report any accidents spillages
to Coral Cove. |

| | 2.5 | Children who are ill and or unwell may not be permitted to use the play area. | |
| | 2.6 | The parent/supervisor must ensure that
Coral Cove is made aware of any child who has a disability and ensure that
that child is at all times adequately supervised. If a child has problems
communicating a parent/supervisor must be present at all times so that
members of staff of Coral Cove are able to communicate with that child. | |
| | 2.7 |
The parent/supervisor must ensure that all children know
where the toilet facilities are and that they use them before using the
play area. Children 5 years and under should be accompanied to the
toilet by an adult. If any child has a mishap in the play area Coral Cove
may have to close the play area for health and safety reasons. The parent/supervisor
shall indemnify Coral Cove for any loss of earnings during such closure
of the play area. |

Nappy changing must be carried out in the nappy changing
area, available in both ladies and gents toilets. |

| | 2.9 |
Socks must be worn at all times. Anyone seen in the play
area without socks will be required to leave the play area and will not
be allowed to return until they have socks. Socks may be purchased from
reception. |

| | 2.10 |
Shoes, spectacles, ties, jewellery, watches, badges, earrings,
belts, purses, whistles and sharp objects must be removed before entering
the play area. The security of these objects remains the responsibility
of the parent/ supervisor. Please do not let your children wear face paints,
they will be asked to remove it. |

| | 2.11 |
Running is not allowed around the play area or on the premises.
|
|
| | 2.12 | The parent/ supervisor must ensure that
all children are well behaved. Children that constantly misbehave which
includes bullying, fighting, spitting, running, misuse of the play area
and general destructive or disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave the play area and no refund shall be given. | |

A booking shall last for 1½ hours. |

| | 2.14 | The parent/supervisor shall be
responsible for leaving the premises and play area in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the booking. | |

| | 3 | Food | |
| | 3.1 | No sweets, chewing gum, drinks, crisps
or any other food items can be taken into the play area. | |
| | 3.2 | Only food bought on the premises can be
consumed on the premises but not in the play area. Coral Cove may at their
discretion allow you to consume your own food on the premises if there are
special medical/dietary reasons to do so. | |

| | 4 | Liability | |
| | 4.1 | The parent/supervisor/children are not
to cause any damage to be done to the premises, the play area or other
property on the premises and the parent/supervisor shall indemnify Coral
Cove for any such damage caused by any act or neglect of the parent/supervisor/children. | |
| | 4.2 | Coral Cove shall not be liable for any
loss or theft of belongings of the parent/ supervisor/children. | |
| | 4.3 |
Coral Cove will not be responsible for the death or injury
of any person attending the premises or for any losses claims demands actions
proceedings damages, costs or expenses or other liability incurred by the
parent/supervisor/children except where such death injury or loss is due
to the negligence of Coral Cove. |

| | 4.4 | Coral Cove shall not be liable for any
loss, injury, damage or changes caused by reasons beyond its control. | |
| | 4.5 | Coral Cove's liability shall not in any
event exceed the amount paid as the total booking price. | |
